Terms & Conditions for Shop Purchases
Effective Date: 16th November 2025

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all products sold through the Georgie Thomas / Momentum Marketing online shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase, you (“customer”, “you”) agree to the following:

1. General Overview
Our shop offers a range of digital and physical products, including but not limited to digital downloads (templates, guides, checklists, design kits), online courses and trainings, memberships or subscription-based content, and physical goods or printed materials. All purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Digital Products
2.1 Instant Access: Most digital products are delivered instantly via email or on-screen download after successful payment. If you do not receive your files within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
2.2 Licence & Permitted Use: Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for personal or internal business use only. You may not share, resell, reproduce, redistribute, or use the files commercially outside your own business. Templates may be customised for your own business, but you may not use them to create client work unless you have purchased a commercial licence (if available).
2.3 Copyright: All digital products remain the intellectual property of Georgie Thomas / Momentum Marketing. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or rights.
2.4 No Returns or Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be offered once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Support will be provided if you experience issues accessing your files.

3. Online Courses, Workshops & Training
Access instructions will be sent via email. Access may be time-limited depending on the product. Access cannot be shared, transferred, or resold. Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, course purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to materials.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees are charged either monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time. When cancelled, access to content, resources, and community areas will end at the end of the billing period.

5. Physical Products
If physical goods are sold, shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout. You may return physical goods within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other trusted gateways. Card details are not stored by us.

7. Responsibility & Disclaimer
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and previews, but colours and layouts may vary based on device or software. No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial, or marketing outcomes when using our products. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required software to use digital items (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Elementor, PDF readers, etc.).

9. Privacy
Personal information collected during your purchase is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data.
