Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in The Website Confidence Club (“the Membership”). By joining, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Momentum Marketing Global Ltd (registered in England & Wales). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not join the Membership.

1. Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription:

• Monthly fee as stated at checkout

• Auto-renews monthly until cancelled

Annual Subscription:

• Full annual fee payable upfront

• No prorated or partial refunds if cancelled mid-term

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]

Monthly Membership:

• 2 days’ notice before renewal required

• Access remains until end of billing period

• No partial refunds

Annual Membership:

• 2 days’ notice before renewal required

• No partial or prorated refunds

• Access ends at the end of your paid annual term

3. Membership Access & Use

Your membership includes:

• Go High Level portal access

• Zoom live sessions

• Google Meet sessions

• Templates, resources, and training materials

• Community areas (if applicable)

You agree to be at least 18 years old, keep your login details confidential, not share your login or downloadable materials with anyone else, and use all membership materials only for personal or internal business use. We may suspend access if payments fail or if these Terms are breached.

4. Platform Availability

We aim for ongoing access but interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance

• Updates

• Technical issues

• Third-party outages (Zoom, Google Meet)

Content may be added, updated, or removed at any time. No guarantee of permanent availability for any specific item.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Momentum Marketing Global Ltd or licensed to us, including videos, templates, worksheets, downloads, call recordings, training materials, and all portal content. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials. You must not share, sell, or redistribute any content, upload materials elsewhere, use the content to create competing products or services, or share your login details with anyone else.

6. Fair Use Policy

You must not mass-download content, use bots, scripts, or automated tools, copy, scrape, or clone any portal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that show signs of misuse.

7. Community & Live Session Conduct

Applies to:

• Go High Level community

• Zoom sessions

• Google Meet sessions

• Any connected Facebook groups

You must not post content that is abusive, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, harmful, spam, promotional, in violation of privacy or intellectual property rights, or otherwise disruptive or inappropriate. We may remove content or revoke access, and no refunds will be issued for breaches.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your data may be used to provide access to the membership portal, deliver Zoom and Google Meet links, send updates and reminders, process payments, provide support, deliver onboarding materials, and send service notices. We may disclose personal information if required to comply with legal obligations.

9. Suspension or Termination
Your membership may be suspended or terminated if you share login details, misuse content, breach community rules, fail to make required payments, or violate any of these Terms. No refunds are provided if membership is terminated due to a breach. We reserve the right to refuse membership based on previous behaviour or concerns.

10. Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the membership platform or specific results or business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or

consequential losses, including loss of revenue or earnings. You are solely responsible for how you apply the learning, training, and resources provided.

11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. If a change significantly affects your membership, you may request cancellation with a prorated refund for any remaining time. Continued use of the Membership after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
